Dawson Wallace was approached by The Old Spaghetti Factory to do an interior fit up for their 5,000 sq.ft. restaurant in the Marlborough Mall Area. Dawson Wallace’s partnership ensured that The Old Spaghetti Factory was able to mimic their design they have carried out at numerous other locations, while maintaining cost efficiencies.
Our team took on the scope of doing all the rough carpentry of all the bench booths and bar prior to the millwork being installed. Additionally, we provided value engineering and design assist services in collaboration with the owner’s representatives to establish design solutions and mitigate challenges throughout the construction process.
