    • WCB clearance letter (current)
    • COR or SECOR certificate
    • Certificate of insurance
    • Bonding letter from your surety
    • Health and safety manual, table of contents

  3. Submit it here

    Upload the completed form and documents with the online form. We review submissions yearly and will contact you if anything is missing.
