Dawson Wallace completed the construction of an addition to the existing Sullivan Heights Secondary School. Located in the Metro Vancouver city of Surrey, this project represents Dawson Wallace’s first project with the region’s school district. Constructed of structural steel, the addition encompasses 80,000 SF over four stories and creates capacity for an additional 700 grade 8 & 9 students. Housed within the structure are a gymnasium, computer lab, designated home economics and workshop spaces, a science super lab, twenty new classrooms, a multi-purpose room, and outdoor seating areas.
