Construction of a new 479,000 SF warehouse and distribution facility for the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, a branch of the Government of Alberta via Alberta Infrastructure. This expansive facility allows the AGLC to manage higher product volumes and order demands from more than 300 licensees across the province. Through this added capacity, AGLC has been able to alleviate inventory pressures, reduce leasing costs and increase overall operational efficiencies.
