The Aurora Polaris Headquarters project represents a comprehensive corporate facility combining office, processing, and specialized storage spaces. Dawson Wallace was selected as Construction Manager based on the client’s strong prior relationship with our team during the Aurora Sky greenhouse and processing project, as well as our demonstrated lean approach and commitment to value engineering. The development encompasses approximately 60,000 SF of finished office space and 35,000 SF of finished processing areas, supported by both ambient and cooled storage facilities. The project integrates highly complex mechanical and electrical systems alongside elaborate security and data infrastructure. Our scope also included managing continuous design revisions throughout the construction process while coordinating phased occupancy to align with the client’s operational requirements.
