We were retained as Construction Managers for the renovations and addition to an active hotel including the lobby, restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, and private dining rooms. Included in this transformation was custom dual sided glass wine displays with climate control for optimal cellar storage temperature.
We have been engaged for future phases including washroom renovations, custom stair from ballroom balcony to sub-level one, back of house, and specialty tenancies.
