Bear Mountain Renovations

Dawson Wallace was engaged as Construction Manager to complete various renovations and an addition within the active, fully operational Bear Mountain hotel. This includes upgrades to the lobby, restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, and private dining areas—all carefully phased to minimize disruption to guests. The transformation features a custom dual-sided glass wine display with integrated climate control, serving as both a functional cellar and architectural centerpiece. Following the success of these initial phases, Dawson Wallace has been retained for future work including washroom renovations, a custom feature stair connecting the ballroom balcony to the lower level, back-of-house upgrades, and specialty tenant spaces.
