The building encompasses approximately 12,642 SF per floor, and also offers a basement area with bicycle storage and storage lockers. The structure sits on a concrete suspended slab for main floor construction with wood frame above, and features low maintenance composite exterior finishes. This development is located adjacent to the Berkey’s Corner retail development and 49th Parallel Grocer, both which were also constructed by Dawson Wallace.
