Commerce South Office Park

Dawson Wallace were Construction Managers of the LEED Certified Building D at 77,000 SF and the LEED Silver Certified Building E at 68,000 SF. Both buildings are three storeys with one level of underground parking.  The project also included the construction of a three storey open air parkade incorporating 419 stalls. As construction neared completion, we were awarded the complete tenant improvements for both buildings, designed by Wolski Design Group Ltd.
