The Emerald Hills Shopping Centre houses a range of commercial retail buildings that form a vibrant hub for the community. Highlights include CRU 3, a 32,000 SF multi-tenant retail building anchored by Old Navy; Building C2, an 18,023 SF single-tenant retail space; and Building E7, a 10,515 SF single-tenant retail building. Additional retail components include a 1,884 SF tenant improvement for Popeye’s Chicken, CRU E6 at 4,531 SF configured for multiple tenants, Building G at 8,210 SF anchored by a daycare, and Building B2, a 10,600 SF CRU designed for Rexall.
