Granville Station CRU A & B

This project included the construction of two new commercial retail shell buildings and associated sitework. CRU A is a single-storey commercial unit totaling approximately 10,186 SF, designed for daycare use. The building includes an integrated mechanical room, along with curbs, sidewalks, landscaping, and asphalt paving for drive lanes and parking. CRU B consists of a single-storey, four-bay commercial unit totaling approximately 7,600 SF, also featuring an integrated mechanical room, sidewalks, landscaping, and asphalt paving for drive lanes and parking. The project scope also included installation of site services to accommodate a future CRU C phase building.
