Great Plains Industrial Park

WAM Developments contracted Dawson Wallace to undertake the Design Build construction of buildings 1 & 2 within their Great Plains Industrial Park development, which serves as an industrial hub in Calgary’s southeast. Totaling 750,000 SF of new construction, the buildings are constructed of structural steel and EPDM roofing and feature exterior 10’ precast dado panels with insulated metal panels completing the 40’ structure. This development achieved LEED® certified status through the use of a number of sustainable materials and state-of-the-art construction techniques and methodologies.
