As part of the revitalization of the former Griesbach military base, we have successfully completed Construction Management services on 5 commercial retail units at this location and are currently completing a 6th.
The fully completed development will consist of 109,000 s.f. of prime commercial space. These CRUs conform to strict architectural guidelines and contain numerous tenants including Tim Hortons, Carl Jr.’s, Popeyes, First Step Daycare & After School, and Bone & Biscuit.
