Construction Management services were provided for these condominium buildings on Jasper Avenue.
Each building consists of 12 floors, with 2 1/2 levels of underground parking available to Illuminada 1 and 3 1/2 levels of underground parking for Illuminada II. Each building also boasts street level retail/professional services.
We were also engaged to complete the unit interiors after selection of finishes by each unit owner.
