Dawson Wallace served as Design-Builder for this 24,377 SF fitness facility, which was constructed within an existing commercial base building. This gym has been specifically designed to serve the weight lifting/body building demographic. Amenities include a free weight zone, specialized machines throughout the space, and a cardio/HIIT area on an elevated mezzanine. There is also a separate ‘posing room’ area featuring stage quality lighting, as well as private recovery rooms with sauna and cold plunge. The gym also houses a retail floor for apparel and supplements as well as a smoothie bar.
