The building will house 111 residential units inclusive of both one and two-bedroom layouts, communal spaces, and essential amenities aimed at enhancing residents’ quality of life. The facility will also include staff and medical offices to support day-to-day operations and resident care. Key amenities will include a dining area, salon, massage room, and other wellness-focused services. Landscaped outdoor areas will also help promote leisure and social interaction, and the development will sit atop an underground parkade.
