The Legacy Corner project encompassed of the construction of two new CRU buildings and completion of all related site works. Building A totals 10,527 SF of space, while Building B is 3,038 SF, on an overall site footprint of 113,352 SF. The structures incorporated foundations on footings with structural steel, EPDM roofing, and high end finishings of stone veneer, phenolic panels, and aluminum composite panels.
