The Lethbridge Regional Police Services (LRPS) Headquarters project consisted of a phased renovation and expansion project. The LRPS encompassed the construction of a new three level structure on the existing building, complete with an underground parkade. Also included was a comprehensive renovation to the existing police station. The expansion added approximately 38,000 SF of additional police service space, as well as an additional 167 parking spaces for staff and operations.
