McDonald’s Restaurants

Dawson Wallace has developed a strong relationship with McDonald’s through the delivery of both new builds and major renovations across Alberta. Our new build projects include locations in Cochrane at Fireside (4,800 SF), Fort Macleod (4,837 SF), and Olds (4,843 SF). In addition, we have executed significant renovation programs to existing restaurants, including Deerfoot (3,260 SF) and Westhills (4,420 SF) locations in Calgary, as well as a 5,540 SF renovation in Lethbridge. These projects showcase Dawson Wallace’s experience in both ground-up construction and complex renovation work in active retail environments. These projects are also typically completed under quick schedule turnarounds in order to adhere to McDonald’s targeted opening dates.
