Dawson Wallace was engaged as Construction Manager to deliver the Plaza 167 mixed-use development, which features a three-storey office building with 17,372 SF per floor and a 71-stall underground parkade, accommodating retail, financial, professional, and medical tenants. The development was constructed in tandem with three additional commercial retail units totaling 25,000 SF combined, along with a 12,170 SF car wash.
