PlyGem Canada & Mitten Building Products

This project encompassed the interior fit-out of 219,030 SF within a recently built industrial warehouse to house the production operations of PlyGem Canada and Mitten Building Products. The scope transformed the base building into a fully operational manufacturing facility for windows and related building components. The facilities include specialized production areas, heavy-duty mechanical and electrical upgrades, high-capacity material handling systems, and employee support spaces. Construction was sequenced alongside equipment installation to allow a smooth start-up and on-schedule ramp-up of operations.
