Terrace Affordable Housing Development

Dawson Wallace has been selected to construct a new affordable housing complex for the Terrace & District Community Services Society (TDCSS). Located in the City of Terrace, BC the project will consist of 43 self-contained, one bedroom housing units and also a centre for support services on the main floor. Once complete, the complex will provide affordable housing for seniors and elders in need of safe, secure, dignified housing in the community.
