Park Seniors Housing

Dawson Wallace delivered a new affordable housing complex for the Terrace and District Community Services Society, which consists of 43 self-contained, one-bedroom housing units, along with a dedicated support services centre located on the main floor. The development is providing safe, secure, and dignified housing for seniors and elders in the community, supporting long-term housing stability. A main floor tenant space was also delivered to accommodate a social service provider offering youth support programs to reinforce the project’s role as an integrated, community-focused facility.
