Whirlwind

This new distribution centre was built for a single tenant, McKesson Canada. It includes 30,000 s.f. of finished office space. Due to an aggressive schedule, the sitework and structure were commenced based on preliminary drawings as design progressed, and construction was coordinated with the tenant due to their equipment loads and multiple conveyors supported by the structure. Complex mechanical and electrical systems were installed which included connection of all tenant manufacturing equipment.
