Dawson Wallace recently completed the construction of the Gilchrist Gardens Phase II seniors residence, which represents the third and final phase in the Silvera for Seniors Gilchrist Campus.
The Phase II building encompasses 118,185 sq.ft. over 4 storeys and is connected to the two adjacent residence buildings. It houses 114 studio-style supportive living suites as well as resident amenities including a main floor atrium, communal dining room and bistro, hair salon, lounge areas and entertainment rooms. Exterior amenities include a central courtyard and garden and an underground parkade.
