The Mount Pleasant Affordable Housing project is a 13,798 SF development designed to provide much-needed affordable housing in the community. The project consists of two, three storey buildings connected by an exterior pedway, creating a cohesive living environment. It includes 16 residential units, thoughtfully designed with adaptable and accessible features to accommodate a diverse range of residents. The project will provide a mix of units including accessible studios, loft studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom options, accommodating a variety of living arrangements. Additionally, the development features an outdoor communal gathering space, fostering a sense of community and outdoor engagement for residents.
