Allwest Furnishings

Dawson Wallace delivered both landlord works and the tenant improvement package for Allwest Furnishings. Completed under the Construction Management format, this project consists of 16,000 SF of office/showroom to accommodate Allwest Furnishings’ product line-up of commercial office furniture and specialties. Additionally, there is also 30,200 SF of warehouse storage space to allow for large quantities of product stock to be kept on site.
