At 1,000,000 SF, the equivalent size of 21 football fields, this distribution centre serves as an order fulfillment hub for larger Amazon products such as outdoor equipment, bicycles and patio furniture. Our contract also included the Tenant Improvement portion which encompassed an extensive electrical fit-up, office area work, and managing of Amazon MHE trades. Dawson Wallace was awarded the Construction Management contract for YEG1 due to our value engineering, commitment to schedule and outstanding relationships following the successful completion of the Amazon Fulfillment Centre YYC1 in Balzac, AB.
