At the size of 21 football fields, this is the distribution centre for larger Amazon products such as outdoor equipment, bicycles and patio furniture.
We were awarded the Construction Management contract due to our value engineering, commitment to schedule and outstanding relationships following the successful completion of the Amazon Fulfillment Centre in Balzac, Alberta.
Our contract also included the Tenant Improvement portion which encompassed an extensive electrical fit-up, office area work, and managing of Amazon MHE trades.
