Building A encompasses a one storey industrial warehousing building, with capacity to be demised into multiple individual tenant spaces. The building also features multiple storefront entrances, as well as designated office space on the southwest corner of the building. The building offers 32 overhead doors, complete with bumper seals and hydraulic dock levelers. There is also one drive-in door with an exterior ramp. Building B features two large truck bays and one dedicated maintenance bay, each equipped with drive-in overhead doors to accommodate full-size transport vehicles. A separate wash bay with its own drive-in access provides on-site cleaning capabilities. The facility includes designated storage areas for heavy parts and maintenance materials, as well as supporting spaces such as offices and washrooms.
