We were recently awarded the contract to build the newest phase of the High Plains Industrial Park. Building 10 will be comprised of a one storey 414,459 s.f. light industrial development. It will house multi-tenant warehouse space with 40′ clear height. Features will include designated office areas, staging areas, 64 loading docks, and four drive-in doors. The development will sit on a 21 acre site and will include a surface parking lot with 215 stall capacity.
