Dawson Wallace was recently awarded the contract to build the newest phase of the High Plains Industrial Park. Located in the Park’s “Lot 11” zone, Building 8 will be comprised of a one storey 186,314 s.f. light industrial development. It will house multi-tenant warehouse space totaling 170,811 s.f. with 32′ clear height. Features will include four designated office areas offering 14,700 s.f. of space, 60′ staging areas, 24 loading docks, and two drive-in bays. The development will sit on a 10 acre site and will include 52 trailer stalls, a surface parking lot with 150 stall capacity, and an expansive storm water management system.
