Restaurant Brands International awarded Dawson Wallace the contract for the Design-Build of the new Tim Hortons Distribution Centre Facility. Designed by Dawson Wallace and Gibbs Gage Architects, the building is approximately 92,000 SF and houses light industrial freezer/cooler space for food storage along with an office area and maintenance shop with dry, cooled and frozen storage. The building sits on a 12 acre site, and has 39 trailer stalls, 72 car parking stalls, and 25 tractor truck parking stalls.
