Tim Hortons Distribution Centre – AB

Restaurant Brands International awarded Dawson Wallace the contract for the Design-Build of the new Tim Hortons Calgary Distribution Centre, located in Rocky View County. Designed by Gibbs Gage Architects, the 124,746 SF distribution centre sits on 556,429 SF (12.8 acres) of site area and was designed to incorporate form and function. Additionally, there is built-in capacity for potential future expansion of the facility. The new distribution centre houses an expansive freezer/cooler area, ambient storage, maintenance area, and office space. The development also includes an 85-stall trailer parking area as well as 18 loading docks. The facility is one of the largest Tim Hortons distribution centres in Western Canada.
