Dawson Wallace was selected to partner with Gibbs Gage Architects on the design and construction of the new Pan Pacific Pet distribution facility.
The new 120,000 s.f. facility houses a 94,500 s.f. dry storage area, more than 12,000 s.f. of freezer space, a 2,000 s.f. chiller area, and is equipped with an expansive racking and conveyance system. It also includes a 2,650 s.f. office area to accommodate facility staff. Additionally, the space has been designed with future capacity in mind to allow for expansions to the chiller and freezer areas. The facility is situated on an 8.3 acre site, which also has space designated for a potential 58,000 s.f. facility expansion as Pan Pacific Pet’s needs evolve.
