This 120,000 SF facility houses a 94,500 SF dry storage area, more than 12,000 SF of freezer space, a 2,000 SF chiller area, and is equipped with expansive racking/conveyance system and also automated order picking equipment. It also includes a 2,650 SF. office area to accommodate facility staff. Additionally, the space has been designed with future capacity in mind to allow for expansions to the chiller and freezer areas. The building is situated on an 8.3 acre site, which also has space designated for a potential 58,000 SF facility expansion as Pan Pacific Pet’s needs evolve.
