Delivered under a Construction Management contract, this project comprised the base building construction of a wood-framed commercial retail unit for Church’s Texas Chicken. Situated on a 15,000 SF site within an established shopping centre, the project was executed with careful coordination to maintain ongoing operations in the surrounding development.
