These projects entailed extensive interior renovations to accommodate new retail spaces for Value Village within existing commercial buildings in both Calgary, Alberta and Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The Calgary location, situated along the vibrant Stephen Avenue shopping district, involved a full interior retrofit of 24,493 SF including new drywall, flooring, painting, doors, and finishes throughout, along with upgraded mechanical and electrical systems. Similarly, the Winnipeg store on Kenaston encompassed a comprehensive improvement program to fit-out the existing 28,137 SF commercial space to Value Village’s current retail standards, incorporating updated finishes, lighting, HVAC, and signage to deliver a consistent brand experience across both markets.
