The overall project scope included the demolition of an existing Wal-Mart, as well as related site surfaces and underground utilities. Phase I of new construction consisted of one box store commercial building of approximately 70,000 SF, with capacity for four different retail shops including a new Save On Foods, as well as one 10,000 SF CRU building. Additionally, Phase I also included new underground services and all site improvements including new asphalt parking lot, sidewalks, site lighting and landscaping. Phase II provided future site expansion space, including additional CRU space, stand alone restaurant pads, various tenant fit-ups, and a gas bar.
