Gates of Walden

Situated in the community of Walden, this 110,000 SF retail development consists of a variety of service oriented retail and restaurant tenants. Dawson Wallace was contracted in the development stage of pre-construction to assist Royop in completing their evaluations. We also assisted in design alongside the architect and developer, and completed the majority of tenant improvements once the CRU base buildings were complete.
