Dawson Wallace delivered the interior improvements for Oxford Properties Industrial Group Inc.’s tenant, FedEx Ground, at City View Business Park, Building 9 in Edmonton. Our scope consisted of the conversion of a 69,125 SF warehouse space into a parking garage for FedEx, incorporating extensive MUA upgrades and a large exterior concrete parking pad. The completion of this project marks the second time we have provided Construction Management services for Oxford Properties and FedEx Ground at City View Business Park. In 2016, we managed the interior fit-up of FedEx Ground’s Building 8 location, consisting of a 93,614 SF storage garage area and accompanying 5,600 SF office area.
