Denny’s Tenant Improvement

Dawson Wallace served as Construction Manager for the full interior fit-up of Denny’s West Granville location. The project completely revitalized the restaurant, introducing a fresh, modern atmosphere with upgraded finishes, lighting, and millwork. A custom YEG sign has also been incorporated as a focal design element, adding energy and visual interest that complement the updated dining experience.
