After completing the Construction Management contract for Building 1 which offers 55,000 SF, Dawson Wallace was awarded the contract to construct Building 2, bringing a further 60,945 SF of space to the Park. This phased development is located in an established light industrial section of west Edmonton, and offers tenants amenities including flexible bay sizes, grade loading, 24′ clear heigh, and on site parking. In addition to the building shells, we have also completed tenant improvements for Prairie Battery and the R.C.M.P.
