After completing the Construction Management contract for Building 1 in 2014, we were awarded the Construction Management contract for its twin building, completed in 2018.
This phased development is located in an established light industrial section of west Edmonton. In addition to the building shells, we have also completed tenant improvements for Prairie Battery and the R.C.M.P.
