Grasslands Logistics Centre

The Grasslands Logistics Centre is located in the Great Plains Industrial Park in southeast Calgary. The 214,000 SF multi-tenant distribution centre consists of insulated metal panels as well as precast dado panels around the perimeter of the facility. The project was a greenfield site that was transformed into this distribution facility over a May to October timeframe. The project implemented numerous sustainable building practices such as LED lighting, higher insulated roof system as well as energy modeling to ensure sustainability.
