Nose Creek Buildings A & C

Dawson Wallace successfully delivered the construction of buildings A and C within the Nose Creek Business Park. These buildings, comprising 194,000 SF and 240,000 SF respectively, were the first pieces of an eventual 10,000,000 SF industrial business park. The buildings are 32’ clear height, structural steel, and full height exterior precast. This project came with the challenge of an aggressive schedule, resulting in the completion of all site utilities and hard surfaces within the span of three months to mitigate winter conditions.
