The Home Depot Stocking Distribution Centre (SDC) houses 640,000 SF of warehouse distribution space and 6,500 SF office space, while the Rapid Deployment Center (RDC) houses 425,000 SF, 80,000 SF of platform level mezzanine, and 6,500 SF finished office, all enclosed by 36’ exterior precast panels and integrated with a fully automated conveyance system. The buildings are linked by a 4,800 SF third “link” building. The sitework involved a net export of 325,000 m³ of clay, remediation due to wet failed bearing conditions of 120,000 m³, involved 6km of underground utilities, relocating overhead Enmax lines, 46 acres of paved surface and 260,000 SF of exterior concrete apron surfaces. The site was landscaped, irrigated, and fenced.
