Fastfrate Cross Dock Terminal

We have been selected as design-builder to deliver a new approximately 140,000 s.f. distribution terminal in the CentrePort Canada logistics park. The building features cross dock oriented truck loading docks, a final mile warehouse and support office, and a main office area. The site also offers trailer and tractor parking and staff parking. The choice of location allows easy access to rail and road infrastructure to optimize efficiencies to enhance the ability to support customers, with the proximity to the Canada-US border allowing for expanded access to new cross-border opportunities.
