Home Depot BDC

The Bulk Distribution Centre (BDC) is a 130,000 SF facility built to expand The Home Depot Canada’s logistics network, featuring a drive-through design to efficiently accommodate flatbed truck loading and offloading. Following successful delivery of the original scope, Dawson Wallace was also awarded a 76,000 SF expansion on the same site. This project continues Dawson Wallace’s long-standing relationship with The Home Depot Canada, having previously constructed their Calgary SDC/RDC Distribution Hub and numerous retail stores across Western Canada.
