Doka Operations Facility

Dawson Wallace delivered the construction of Doka’s flagship Calgary operations facility. Completed under a Design Build model, the new 48,190 s.f. development houses an expansive warehouse which is divided into storage bay, fabrication bay, and repair/cleaning bay areas. Ancillary space includes offices, locker rooms, meeting rooms, 30+ surface parking spaces, and the site also features a heavy duty storage yard.
