The HF11 industrial condo warehouse development encompasses 73,000 sq.ft. of floor space, 16,500 sq.ft. of raised mezzanine, and approximately 150,000 sq.ft. of associated siteworks.
The construction of this new facility sits atop a previous meat processing facility which has been abated and demolished. The structure incorporates structural steel, precast wall panels, and large front curtainwalls with stepped foundations and interior slabs.
