Within an existing 9,541 SF commercial office building, Dawson Wallace completed an extensive tenant improvement program to serve as the new location for our Calgary operations. Features include glass wall systems, custom millwork and upscale finishes throughout, two kitchen spaces, an expansive staff fitness facility, and multiple “flex” and breakout spaces. Exterior features include composite panels and painted block, channel lit signage, extensive glazing, custom landscaping and irrigation design, a re-designed parking lot, and security features.
