Within a newly built 9,541 sq.ft. commercial office building, Dawson Wallace completed an extensive tenant improvement program, including a 2,810 sq.ft. extension to the upper floor mezzanine. The new space serves as the new location for Dawson Wallace’s Calgary operations, and offers 12,351 sq.ft. of space.
Included in the tenant improvement scope was the interior demolition of the existing space, and the implementation of open concept workspaces throughout both floors. Upscale finishes include glass wall systems, a barn door enclosure servicing the conference room, custom millwork throughout, a waterfall feature, two kitchen spaces, and an extensive heating and cooling system.
Exterior features include composite panels and painted block, channel lit signage, extensive glazing, custom landscaping and irrigation design, a re-designed parking lot, and security features.
