Dawson Wallace was recently awarded the contract to construct Building 2 within the North West Business Park in Winnipeg, MB.
Located at Groverdale Avenue and Inkster Boulevard, this will be the second build for Dawson Wallace within the newly developed business park following the full build and fit up of NWBP Project Vibrant, also for QuadReal Property Group.
Building 2 will be comprised of a 1-storey light industrial building and will offer approximately 175,000 sq.ft. of warehouse space for future tenant use. The new building will feature 64 loading docks, 4 building entrances, and will share a truck court with the existing Building 1.
The parking lot will offer 189 surface parking stalls, 8 barrier free accessible stalls, and 8 van accessible parking stalls.
Siteworks and soft landscaping will also be completed as a part of the project scope. Construction will commence in February 2021 and completion is anticipated for October 2021.
