Located at Groverdale Avenue and Inkster Boulevard, NWBP Building 2 is the second build for Dawson Wallace within the newly developed business park following the full build and fit up of NWBP Project Vibrant, also for QuadReal Property Group.
Building 2 is comprised of a 1-storey light industrial building and offers approximately 175,000 sq.ft. of warehouse space for tenant use. The new building features 64 loading docks, 4 building entrances, and shares a truck court with the existing Building 1.
The parking lot offers 189 surface parking stalls, 8 barrier free accessible stalls, and 8 van accessible parking stalls.
Siteworks and soft landscaping were also completed as a part of the project scope.
