OpenRoad Honda

Dawson Wallace was engaged to construct the new Honda dealership in Burnaby, BC. This project consisted of a 2 storey, 63,000 SF building with a 1,700 SF carwash, located on 3.8 acres of land. The main floor features a showroom, service area, offices, detail bays and repair garage with the second floor housing parts/file storage, a training room and lunchroom/kitchenette. A unique aspect of this project is the building’s exterior having a rooftop parking lot with a capacity of up to 52 cars.
