Dawson Wallace delivered Construction Management services to complete the first Simons outside of Quebec.  This tenant fit-up required the demolition and expansion of a portion of West Edmonton Mall in order to house their new retail outlet, of which 95,000 SF is dedicated to shopping space. Both interior and exterior designs incorporate unique features including vertical twisted titanium blades that create an ever-changing arching motion on the exterior facade.
